I want to update from FoxMail version #.## to the current version... how?

This is not as difficult as it seems. Just download the new version and install it over the old one.

Note:

It is always a good practice to back up your important FoxMail Data (for information on how to do so, see the FoxMail Security FAQ, item 02: I want to backup FoxMail files... ), but so far there were no reports of data being damaged during a FoxMail update!
